A Pilgrimage to the Green Mountain Monastery

Many gathered at the church to begin a pilgrimage to the Green Mountain Monastery on June 1st, where we joined with a large group from around the world to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the founding of Sisters of the Earth Community with theologian Thomas Berry. The day unfolded with food, music, art, dance, and prayers for renewal and cosmic transformation. The day’s theme of Awe and Wonder closed with a procession to the grave of Thomas Berry.
