Twenty-five members of the church met on a beautiful fall day for a leadership retreat at the Green Mountain Monestary. Activities of the day were organized and facilitated by Rev Ed Sunday-Winters and Eleanor Guare as we evaluated how well our activities of the past year aligned with the three main goals of our strategic plan.

As we reviewed the past year, we could clearly see where we had met, or exceeded, our goals, but we could also see those places where improvement is needed. Discussions, both with individuals and groups, helped us share ideas, become better acquainted with other members of our church community, and devise ways to better serve our congregation, our community and our world.

It was an enriching and productive day for all and we all felt it was time well spent. Looking forward to next year already!
