Opening Prayer (unison):
Holy God of cloud and fire as we worship this morning grant us wisdom for living in these days of wilderness, make room for our grief, holds us when we are angry, comfort us in our pain, attend to each part of us. Burn away our shame and show us how your wisdom and power reside in us.
Candle Lighting Litany
One: Do you not know? Have you not heard?
All: The Holy One is the everlasting God, creator of heaven and earth.
One: God’s energy flows through the world even when we are bone-tired,
All: God’s power gives strength to the vulnerable and the weak.
