In October, we held our second annual retreat at the Green Mountain Monastery. The purpose of the retreat was to:
- Embrace the qualities of our shared experience.
- Identify lessons to carry forward.
- Share ideas about a future state and shape of our church.
The outcome of the retreat was the formation of two task groups – one to generate ideas and solutions related to how we organize ourselves to be most efficient, and the other to determine what we could do that coming generations would be glad we did 50 years from now?
