Boil until thick enough to stick on the back of a spoon (firm ball stage).
Add 2 – 2 ¼ lbs roasted hazelnuts (or peanuts) and stir for 5 mins over low heat.
Pour into a buttered 8” square pan.
Cool 10 mins and cut into 1” squares.
