We will be hosting a takeaway Indian Cuisine Dinner August 5 at 5 pm. The menu will include Chicken and Tomato Balti (similar to a curry, but not spicy) served over brown basmati rice, Dahl with squash and mixed vegetable raita (cucumber, tomato and onion). We are planning to prepare 120 dinners. They will be served on a first come, first served basis.
The meal will benefit Girl Up, a global effort to empower girls in 130 countries and all 50 states, and Vermont Access to Reproductive Freedom, providing financial assistance to Vermonters in need of an abortion.
